1. Membership Eligibility

1. ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಅರ್ಹತೆ

To be eligible for membership in the YoungSTAR Empowerment Party (YEP), you must satisfy the following conditions:

ಯಂಗ್‌ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ (YEP) ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಪಡೆಯಲು, ನೀವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಬೇಕು:

• You must be a citizen of India.
• ನೀವು ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
• You must be of age 18 years and above.
• ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಯಸ್ಸು 18 ವರ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರಬೇಕು.
• You must not be a member of any other registered political party in India.
• ನೀವು ಭಾರತದ ಇತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿರಬಾರದು.

2. Membership Fee

The annual membership subscription fee is ₹1000. This subscription is valid for one year from the date of official membership approval and is strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.

ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆ ಶುಲ್ಕವು ₹1000 ಆಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆಯು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದವರೆಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Every registered member is expected to adhere to the core principles and values of the party constitution, maintain ethical conduct, and pay the annual renewal fee upon expiry to keep the membership active.

4. Party Rights

The leadership of the YoungSTAR Empowerment Party reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time due to anti-party activities, breach of code of conduct, or non-compliance with the constitution. The party reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by providing notice on the website.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

1. Membership Fee Refund Rule

Once a membership application is submitted and approved by the party administrators, the membership fee of ₹1000 is strictly non-refundable.

Refund requests will only be evaluated under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If the user paid the fee multiple times due to a transaction failure or refresh.
• ನಕಲಿ ಪಾವತಿ: ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಾರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ.
• Technical Error: If the payment gateway charged the user but the application failed to register on the server.
• ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷ: ಪಾವತಿ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಹಣ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ವರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ.

3. Refund Request Process

If your case qualifies for an exception, follow these steps to claim a refund:

• Submit a formal refund request via email to support@trustwork.co.in.
• support@trustwork.co.in ಇಮೇಲ್‌ಗೆ ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ವಿನಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ.
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of the payment timestamp. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
• ಪಾವತಿಯ 48 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ವಿನಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. 48 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ನಂತರದ ವಿನಂತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• Include payment receipts, transaction reference number (UTR), registered phone number, and a screenshot of the debited amount.

The YoungSTAR Empowerment Party issues digital membership cards to promote eco-friendly and immediate access. Upon successful payment verification and membership registration, your digital membership card (provisional copy) is generated instantaneously on our system.

• Direct Website Download: Use the "Download ID" tool on the homepage, enter your registered 10-digit mobile number, verify, and save the image directly.

The instantly downloaded card is a provisional digital copy. Physical identity cards, if printed under special party drives, will be dispatched to the member's registered residential address or distributed locally at the taluk/district party offices. No shipping fee is charged for default digital deliveries.
